Delivery Information

Orders placed before 2pm on a working day (Monday to Friday) are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends and bank holidays will be dispatched the next working day.

Royal Mail delivers Monday to Saturday, so Saturday delivery is possible. We do not dispatch orders on weekends, but any order placed over the weekend will be sent first thing Monday morning.

Royal Mail will leave a card with instructions for redelivery or collection from your local sorting office. All our shipments include tracking so you can monitor the delivery status and arrange a suitable time.

If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we can update the delivery address. Please email us at sales@sonofedmond.co.uk as soon as possible with your order number and the new address. Once dispatched, address changes are not possible.

Please allow the full estimated delivery window before getting in touch. If your order still hasn't arrived, email us at sales@sonofedmond.co.uk with your order number and we'll investigate with Royal Mail straight away. We'll always make sure you receive your order or a full refund.
